A New School Year with New Adventures!
We got an email from Elene Beridze, the 2024-2025 FLEX program winner from ETI Holding. Elene writes us,
"My school welcomed me very warmly! The American school is really very different from the Georgian one.
I would also like once again to thank ETI HOLDING for yourr contribution to my success, especially my beloved teacher Tea Mdinaradze, for all the work she put into helping me. She has always believed in me and supported me throughout this time.
November has been an incredibly special month for me, as I had the opportunity to participate in International Education Week (IEW) by giving presentations about my country, Georgia, at my school, the Milwaukee Public Library, and a local church.
I had the chance to share the beauty of my country, from its stunning landscapes and rich historical traditions to its vibrant national dance and delicious cuisine. It was a truly memorable and interactive experience. The audience was genuinely curious about Georgian culture, asking thoughtful questions. I felt so grateful to be able to represent my country and introduce others to its unique heritage.
December was even more successful, after IEW, i was selected as a participant in the U.S. Departmenr of State's highly competetive Civic Education Workshop (CEW).
